The kids had a lot of Fun during fair week this year!
On Monday we went to the Free dinner and fun and the Southfield park. The kids had a great time playing in the bounce houses,even though the lines were long.

Ray had a blast too!On Tuesday we went to the Free Swim at the Community Pool.
It has a very hot day so it was great to play in the cold pool.

Weston and Ray.On Wed. the kids participated the the 4-H Talent & Fashion Show.
Bekah & Brieanna modeled their school clothes, and Ellie modeled the apron she made.
Weston did a poem.On Friday, Ellie had a performance with her summer orchestra group.
Ellie is in the middle playing the violin.They did a great job for only 6 wks of summer lessons.

Most of Ellie's entries took Blue ribbons and her cookies get to go to the State Fair. She made the horse & hearts quilt, and the horse pillow behind her. She earned enough prize money to help with her school clothes and to buy something on her "saving for" list!
Weston got Blue ribbons on everything he put in. He was very proud of his covered wagon diorama.
Bekah got a Blue ribbon on the daisies she put in.
Ray got a Blue ribbon on his peas!

So sad that we missed fair day fun! Congrats to Ellie on violin and quilting and to your other kids too. Thanks a million for all of your posts for us to show our children.
