Suzy Bogguss Concert!

Lyn Surprised me with Suzy Bogguss Concert tickets, for Saturday nights concert at Sage Creek Arena in Charleston.

I was so excited it was all I could do to stay in my seat and not get up and dance around with excitement!!

She gave an awesome performance, and was very personable with the crowd, told some great jokes and even lost her place in a song.

She sang all my favorite songs, for my college days, and even some new ones too!

Suzy and her husband, Doug Crider even performed together.

On the last song, Suzy had Richard and Mary Kaye, and Doug sing the Red River Valley with her.
The sounded great together! Amazing harmony!

Our Valentines Date-Fireproof

For Valentines Day we had a cookies frosting party in afternoon (pics soon) with the Berg cousins. Then after pizza for dinner Lyn & I went to deliver the cookies and pick out a movie. I heard Fireproof was great, so we got it.
After we put the kids to bed, we went down stairs and built a nice cozy fire and watched this movie. It was so good. It was so intriguing, that be the time it was over I didn't want it to end. Lyn really liked it too! I want to challenge all of my friends that are married to see this movie with their spouse. It is a must see for every relationship.

Lyn suprised me this morning when he called and asked if I could get a babysitter for tonight. His Mother won tickets to the TheLedgends of Country Music concert in SLC and wanted to take all of us. I couldn't believe that he actully could make time to go. I guess I'm so used to him working for Heber Appliance and having to ask for time off at a 2 weeks notice. Owning your own business has it's perks!


Anyway, Aunt Kathryn said she would tend the kids and so we went. It was a lot of fun, and nice to just relax,and enjoy an evening out. The new place that Ledgends of Country Music has aquired to do their concerts is a really neat old theatre converted to a concert hall in Murry.
